I have not cooked the ground beef yet but the steaks were a great size, little tough with silver skin and tough fat in the middle, maybe just the cut I got

Epenisive for the size and price compared to Longos and Marilou’s AAA flanks streak that had significantly more flavour for a lot less money. I like your concept but to date I have tried flank and ribeye which were disappointing, the on sale sold out filet minions were good value and had a great texture and taste
