This is very easy to assemble, but once you assemble it to try you can't return it, so keep that in mind. This is too flimsy, and does not feel that is will support you when using. I would not purchase.

My knees thank you! It was fairly easy, and fun, to put together. I have the legs set so the seat is high enough that I don't really need the hand rails to get up. Which is good because the handrails squeeze into my hips. I'm 340 lb., anyone closer to the weight limit will have trouble getting on and off with the handrails on.

It’s as advertised and easy to assemble, but my husband didn’t trust its stability because he couldn’t manage to put both hands on the railings at the same time. I realize you have a more stabile version and should have gone with that. Now we might be moving to a bedside commode.
