It is convenient and helps a lot when using the toilet.. it is comfortable and easier to get up.

The product is good, but I was very disappointed in the delivery time. I paid for expedited delivery, and even though I was reimbursed for that when it was clear that wouldn’t be happening, I was told it would be delivered in July 8 and it did not arrive until July 15. Not okay.

The only problem for me is that the knee ice pack is not big enough to go around my knee. I do have two of them so I have fixed them together. but it would be nice if there is an extra large size

I love the ice packs however the sleeve they go into is too small for my knee so I can't get it to go around. Just by the middle straps otherwise its a great product. Just need to size the sleeve

Just what i needed. Going to buy another one.

The toilet we have has a bidet with an automatic lid closing feature. The appliance will not fit behind the seat. Putting the appliance behind the tank is not working either. The "arms' are too far back to be of any use. I read there's a no return policy. GREAT!!! We use it in front of the toilet like a walker. It is cumbersome, bulky & just a pain in the.... It's hard to een get TO the toilet. Do you have longer arms???

Tried to set this up in my mother's Memory Care unit at assisted living. It was too unstable. Her toilet did not have a seat that could be raised, which may have stabilized the handles a little. But she tipped it when she grabbed one side of the handlebars and not the other. This MAY work better for someone who realizes that they have to grab both sides at the same time, but it didn't work well for my mother, who has dementia/Alzheimer's.
