Assembly was very easy. However I thought it folded for storage. This will only be used when our disabled relative visits so I guess I will need to disassemble it in the meantime. I do like that it is freestanding and does not need to be attached to the toilet.

Our bathroom is small. We like the fact that the safety handles don't have legs that rest on the floor which could be a trip hazard.

It arrived super fast -- so helpful! And, it is well crafted and easy to put together. It didn't fit behind our planned toilet (due to an installed bidet there -- too high). It is a good piece of equipment, just not ideal for our house. We already had a handy countertop and grab bar at the other bathroom, so we didn't end up using it. I'm keeping as a 'future' loaner for friends and family.

I like it but I wish that it would stay stable when using it. The rail is not attached to the toilet and moves when being used. I think that it should be attached to the toilet.

I gave one to a friend, he 87 and it helps him get out of his truck. I use the other in my jeep Very helpful

The rail works well for getting up, but my wife fell and was wedged between the toilet and the rail. I can't make it any narrower or I don't fit.

I really like it. The only thing I can’t figure out is: How to fold it if I need to move it? I’m pretty sure I assembled it correctly.

Product is made well. Easy to put together. Satisfactory delivery. 0A little difficult for my loved one to work with because of feeling confined within the handrails. Even with expanding the sides out a bit. Hard to work around when the need to clean himself occurs.

Having my knee replacement in 8 weeks. Ordered knee ice pack to use before and after. It's amazing. Takes down the swelling quickly.

The toilet seat looks as expected and is much easier for my mom to get into than lowering herself onto the toilet. Seems good quality so far. Only thing that prevented 5 stars is that I'd like to be able to adjust the height a little more precisely than the notches available.

I dont feel tethered to an ice-machine. I can move around when I have to. The cold lasts for about 20 minutes but its a soothing 20 minutes.

Husband is getting used to it and all seems to be going very well now that he understands everything and is much more comfortable.....thanks much! Yes we would recommend it to others but personal appliances such as this are always an individual needs decision.

It works great at home. But how about making portable so I have use it in other homes when visiting ?

This is great to ice the knee to help reduce discomfort and pain. You are able to move around with it in place..

Once we got it, it has been very useful. Able to get off of commode alone now after I broke my hip.

I brought this item for my mother to use due to her disability and this is her reply: It's hard to wipe myself;but it helps me to get up and down easily when I use the bathroom.

Really good fit very secure ice packs freeze really quick and last long time positioned well hit all the spots around the knee. I love it.

Instructions were pretty clear, rate a 4. Putting it together I would rate a 3.5. It's for my sister, so no rating on how well it will work in practice. There is a small cut on the padding of one arm. Can I order a replacement arm? Thanks

I should have paid attention to the seat height measurement but didn't worry too much because it was adjustable. My husband is only 5'9" but the seat is a little low for him on the tallest setting. Makes it difficult for him to get up. Otherwise the seat appears to be very good quality.

I will be having surgery next month and this safety rail will be extremely helpful. However I think I will use it from now on.

I have a knee that is in bad shape so its very helpful for me know and will continue to be helpful after my knee replacement. It has been working out quite well

THERE IS A LEFT-RIGHT WOBBLE ON THE UNIT. NOT SEVERE BUT AT FIRST I THOUGHT SOMETHING MIGHT COME APART. USER NEEDS TO BE ADVISED TO AVOID TRIPPING ON THE FRONT LEGS.

For my 93 yr old grandma who wasn't able to shower bc of her legs being weak. Worked wonderfully and she is so thankful to have a shower!

My girlfriend recommended this after I had knee replacement surgery. The only reason I didn’t give it a five was because there should be more than one size…. Mine barely fits around my leg. The Velcro does keep it on pretty well, but the ice packs don’t stay cold beyond twenty minutes. Still, it’s one of the best I’ve found on the market.

Just installed it today . Seems fairly stable . We'll see how it holds up after it is used for a while.

It has helped me a lot. My bathroom is very tight, but we were able to make it work. I just found out that I’m going to have to have a knee replacement surgery and I’m so glad that I got this before. I feel it will help with my recovery. I would recommend this product, but I’d you have large hips and a tight space where your toliet is it may not work for you.

I thought it wasn’t going to fit… but when I finally finished it fit snug as a bug. I feel safe now.

Helps me very much, I don't have to bend over to wash my calves and feet. I'm glad I got it. It makes taking my shower alot safer.

Eactly what I needed. It is sometimes a little wobbley but that could be just me. I had trouble with the fittings that go around the uprights, with the pin that goes through the aligned holes. It seemed the pins were too big but I was putting it together in the evening and I thin

They do not fit correctly in the vehicle they were intended for, but they can be used in a different one.

I have now purchased on for each of our three bathrooms. As a nurse, I think it's a good safety feature.

I actually have not completely put it totally together. I still need to finish taking apart the other toilet aid. Then I will finish putting it together! I do like the fact that it can be moved and folded up.

The TV tray works great. I am a caregiver for a gentleman that had a stroke a couple of years ago and he became paralyzed on his right side. The tray is very sturdy for when he needs to pull himself up from his recliner. K.Archut Phoenix AZ.

The slide action is a little harder than I would like but it's a great piece of equipment and helps me get in and out of the tub safely a very good product sturdy and safe

Fits great, ice compartments are wonderful, easy to place into position and helped me greatly throughout my knee replacement therapy. Nothing I've tried compares.

I’m not crazy about the seat. Is there a warranty on it? Can it be replaced if necessary? I do like it otherwise but it makes me feel old! Much easier getting up, though. Not easy to put together. Had to have handyman do it! But, I’m happy with it considering the alternative.
