Arrived quickly, easily assembled, this has made my daily life so much easier. Well designed and manufactured, great purchase, thank you.

My husband would panic a little trying to find something to hold on to when getting out of the car. With this handle, it gave him that security he needed to get out of the car much easier. I am so happy it helped him and me.

My husband is stuck in the hospital bed and when he got his pelican, bad waffle, he loved it. He said it was wonderful.

The little thing works just as advertised. Great help for a 78-year-old with recent knee surgery to get in and out of our SUV.

Preparing for knee replacement surgery, helps with pain prior to surgery, gel packs stay cold for the recommended 20 minutes on per hour.

The pad arrived quickly. Packaging was easily removed. The pad stays put. Lucky for me, I have not experienced an accident and been required to clean it. So, I feel I can not rate it higher.

Used it the other day for my husband who has a broken foot, but no cast. Worked great and was able to help him shower. One thing he did which scared me was he went to stand up to get out of the shower and leaned on one handle only, which tipped the chair to that side. I was there to put pressure on the other side, so it would not tip over. It needs equal pressure on both handles to keep it flat on the ground.

So far It’s been working out great. I can’t walk for very far without resting. Hopefully it’ll help me build up my strength.

Wrap does a great job of surrounding the knee. Only reason for not giving a five-star rating is because the packs, especially the small outer ones, don't stay cold very long. A suggestion would be to include a second set of cold packs with each product to make it easier to continue the therapy.

I bought this for my ex wife. I'm not sure if she has used it. I use mine and like it.

The flat bar (A) across the back is too deep to fit our Koehler bowl and Koehler seat. Adjustment holes need to be front to back and not side to side for installing. We did have another toilet that we were able to use it on, however. But we needed to remove the top plastic pieces over the screws on the Church toilet seat. Good quality and easy to assemble.

Makes it way easier to get up. Or sit. Better than using my cane and door knob to get up. Thx u

It is a good product to help you up when needed especially if you suffer from back pain as is my case.

I tightened everything as much as I could. One connection is a little wiggly, but other than that the cane is doing the job my husband is liking it very much.

it really makes things a lot easier. i only wished it would open one more notch. When you have a bigger gal and when sitting down our thighs spread, they are close to the bars. I don't like being that close when you need to wipe. sorry too much info but you asked. amazing for helping you get up and lower slowly.

I am able to stand up straight and walk . Spinal stenosis makes standing and walking almost impossible but now my quality of life has drastically improved.

My husband has been very ill and therefore weak. He uses this every time he gets into or out of our vehicle. They are great!

Works great, have used it in both the truck and car. Very easy to to get out. I should have purchased them sooner. Telling my friends about them too

Please make a larger size. My knee is very swollen from knee replacement and it barely fits. I still like it and use it. It’s perfect for using in the office now that I’m back to work.

Sometimes it gives me a hard time from out the outside I have to wait awhile and next time I would get out and the turnaround won’t work and as soon as get off and works it no trouble

Its a great tool. I have noticed that competitors have a wider top that eliminates rocking if the door latch wire is bigger that the inserted end of the handle. That might be an improvement.

Wish I could buy a separate set of gel packs, so I could have cone some E to cooling and ready.

I had surgery on my ankle which was broken. So I now eat my chair since I got to keep up.

Just love how it feels under you and if there is an accident the material catches it without it just pooling up

it works well except when used the knob that sticks out of the bar that sits in front of the water container and in back of the seat lid, hits the set lid and bangs loudly. its irritating and noisy.

2nd one I've ordered. Works fine, easy to set up and adjust. Still considering what method to use to fix front legs to floor. Wife doesn't like it moving on her.

I love the idea of the product. I’m disappointed because it’s so tight on my leg it’s uncomfortable to wear. I wish it was bigger and easier to put on. I did purchase two of these that I’m unable to wear. Sincerely, Terri

The best part was you could wrap it around your knee and move around if needed. With just I had to sit in one spot or it would fall off my knee. It is a great product and I highly recommend it.

Like the big wheels and accessories. Had to adjust a brake stuck on the right rear side. My only complaint is that the seat is about two inches too low for me.

got it for surgery..Surgery is being postponed. I will let you know when I use it ful time.. I'm a tiny woman so its a bit big for me.. I' sure it will be just fine.

The equipment arrived quickly and looked like the picture. Assembly was easy. My only issue is no matter what I try, it's off balance and wobbles a bit when I use it. I tried loosening, tightening various "nuts and bolts" but to no avail. It's useable, but uneven.

I'm having a little difficulty in using the cane.....as I keep tripping over the base. It's very heavy...I'm probably not doing something correctly. Can you give advise solution please. Thank You.

Have only used it twice. I had it in freezer for two days and didn't stay as cold as I'd like for a longer period of time. Fits great and very handy.

So much more that I like about it than not but it is definitely NOT lightweight. I am a disabled senior citizen and very small in stature so that’s important. I really like the wheels, the seat and back, the bag and the position of the handles.
