Worst experience with this company ever. Would not recommend to anyone dealing with it. Pallets were delivered to a wrong address and been there for two days unsupervised. After all, slabs on the pallets were brocken. When asked for refund/replace, they refused it. Don't waste your money and/ time. Avoid it.

Not as described, I ordered white porcelain tiles. Arrived good with no damage as I checked and looked a lot whiter in the packaging but when I came home from work to them layed they look more cream than white. Very disappointing as this was the last thing to be done in my garden renovation so they don’t actually go with everything else.

Terrible as in resolving a issue, 54 missing borders on delivery, been over a week still not replaced, the company wants to know a total figure of damage items to before dispatching any order which also includes missing items, borders not cut properly. The products are good but the service is very poor it requires further investigation which does take time,

Not the best experience, order arrived on a broken pallet, clearing the pallet had failed during transit and then placed onto another. Arrived on the Friday, whilst moving over the weekend, the bottom slab was totally destroyed. On contacting the office on the Monday to raise the issue. It was greeted with it's too late to complain and less than 10%. Clearly poor handling and not natural damage! which I could understand.

Initially sent the wrong order, called up customer service and they sorted it out. Was then sent this the second time. Pallet had been clearly dropped. Company advised me to check through the pallet because it might be within the 10%. Pallet driver then wouldn't take it back due to the wrapping being cut off. I was sent a new pallet by the company about a week later which was all good. The broken pallet was left for me to have to deal with myself. Ended up having to get a skip to get rid of it...

Ordering was simple and at a good price. These same Porcelain tiles can vary a lot from each supplier and these were the 900x600 x 20mm thick. Some sell the 16mm tiles so be careful. Delivery was great and they even managed to bring my delivery forward as the project progressed. The only negative is 4 tiles from 84 were damaged on arrival (even though each tile was individually packed and protected on a pallet) not sure if they were damaged in transit, packing or even when made, but this isn’t ...

20% slabs delivered broken on delivery, company refusing to redeliver broken slabs and are offering a refund of just 4 slabs, when 12 are broken and I have pictures of all. Responses are slow and I’m now a week on from the delivery date without a resolution and having to go through PayPal to get it sorted

We received 3 porcelain tiles broken in whole intact pallet. I send email with short video and pictures. I also made frequent phone calls but I didn’t hear back from Stone Saver. I also received ripped bag of slurry for which refund was promised by Martin from Stone Saver which is still pending. Quite annoying and dis-satisfied.
