Trying to find the right tile for my patio area. The samples arrived in good time but we're quite chipped due to the way they were packaged. However with free samples it's hard to complain. I also received different sizes samples so it made the comparison exercise slightly more challenging but again, when something is free one shouldn't complain.

We received 3 porcelain tiles broken in whole intact pallet. I send email and made frequent phone calls but I didn’t hear back from Stone Saver. I also received ripped bag of slurry for which refund was promised by Martin from Stone Saver which is still pending. Quite annoying and dis-satisfied.
