Damaged flags on delivery, contacted straight away to ask for refund. Still waiting. Delivery driver said pallet was broken on collection, pallet fell apart and tipped over when unloading. Other than 8 damaged flags, the flags are really nice

This is only 1 of a few of these paving slabs that where chipped along the edges as they were coming of the pallet .... also the amount of paving slabs that where actually broken in transit .. These tiles where only open on monday as never had a chance to inspect ... Very disappointed

I love these porcelain flags. Unfortunately the palette arrived covered in oil. We have had to scrub the flags before fitting. I’ve emailed stone saver but they have not had the decency to respond to my email!! Very disappointed.
