I’ve been really disappointed with the quality of the tiles that arrived. So many of them were damaged, discovering only at the point of unpacking them. Despite a number of emails, I’ve not had anyone contact me.

I ordered a large quantity of slabs from StoneSaver and six arrived completely smashed. I contacted them immediately with photos, but they refused to offer a refund, replacement, or even a credit note.
Their excuse was that the damage was “under 10% of the order” and that I could use the broken slabs as offcuts. When you spend good money on materials, you expect them to arrive intact and for the company to take responsibility if they don’t. Very poor customer service —

Exceptional quality tile for a great price. Delivery was as promised (despite some issues with courier not confirming so had to chase up with Stone Saver directly).
Each tile was individually wrapped very well, however I think there may have been a batch problem as 12 out of the 70 tiles ordered had chips along the edges - most of which i've been able to hide but rendered some useless which is odd considering ow well they were packed.
