The lamb was delicious and tender. We followed the recipe on your website for the rack of lamb. The pistachio crust was also added to the boneless roast, and really put them both over the top. So far, I have had the leg roast, the rib chops and the ground meat, in an amazing shepherd's pie. The meat is very tender and was so wonderfully trimmed. I've also never seen ground lamb with so little grease when fried. You must trim that meat extremely well too! Total satisfaction.

Tonight I made a one pan meal using the Shoulder Chops. I put the meat in a casserole dish along with carrots, cauliflower, shallots and mushrooms and topped everything off with rosemary and sage. Well butchered (good thickness to chops), and well packaged (although some of the vacuum seals did break during defrosting). The lamb itself is exquisite! Full of flavour, very tender and incredibly juicy (chops only so far). Will definitely buy again. My only complaint is that I would like the opportunity to purchase more of certain cuts at one time. I am fine with a "subscription" and regular, periodic delivery, but would like to see more flexibility in terms of cuts choice and quantity.
