This is the second time that we have ordered a whole lamb from Ewing. I've eaten a lot of lamb over the years, nothing compares to local and nothing, absolutely nothing we have tasted compares to this lamb from Ewing. Fresh, clean. The flavour and texture is outstanding. We love it!

Simply divine! Worth every penny! Every cut is excellent. We love the variety of cuts that come with a half lamb. This is our second order. We went through the first much faster than we expected because we enjoyed it so much!

My order came faster than expected and so well packaged. I really appreciate that everything was recyclable. I’ve used the ground lamb for best shepherds pie ever. And braised shoulder chops were delicious. I modified a recipe to cook the shanks, also delicious. Honestly this was the best lamb I’ve ever had. I will definitely order again.

This meat is the best lamb I have ever tasted. I use my smoker to cook it and that enhances the flavour. I got some of the dog treats for my rescue dog, Charlie, and he loves them. They are so good for him too.

Rod, Just wanted to let you know we have had the lamb a few times now and it is the best we have had since the lamb farmer we had for 25 or 30 years retired at 81 a few years ago. Every year we've tried a different farm and have never been happy until now. We were hesitant to order from far away (we are in Ottawa) but it worked out beautifully. Thank you

Wish I had taken a photo of our first meal of our order. Trust me the lamb is delicious and tender. We received our first order this afternoon: Rob and Anne came to our home in OIl City. As a former Brit, I have been searching for really good lamb that reminds me of home! Yes it hits the mark, if I could give more than 5 stars I would for sure.

We got the parcel on time and in great shape thankyou. We have since cooked one package of shoulder chops (not my favourite cut) and found them to be the best lamb we have had since we used to raise sheep ourselves in the early 1980s in Nova Scotia. Living in Costa Rica we rarely get decent lamb. We have made a Malaysian curry with the mince and yesterday we had the leg of boneless lamb. Both were absolutely outstanding. I ordered my lamb and was able to pick it up last Friday. I absolutely loved my lamb chops, I cooked them in the air fryer, cooked to perfection. The chops were so tasty, tender, juicy and delicious. Thank you so much 👍

Your lamb is the best we made a lamb spaghetti bolonais delicious used Japanese basil and some oregano from my garden 😋 the best ever no picture but tonight a curry and rice thanks we are over the moon coming from South Africa to find this quality is amazing ❤️

I ordered a half lamb this spring for the first time. As we were going to be away on vacation, I asked if it could be delivered at a specific time. No problem :) Delivery was on time and packaged nicely. Will be ordering a full lamb next year as this is the best we have ever tasted. Can’t wait to do some BBQ grilling this summer :). Cheers.

This is our second time ordering and the delivery was quick, everything was well frozen and packaged. We had lamb chops for dinner and the taste is absolutely amazing.

We have loved every bit of our lamb. Will certainly order another half when we are done this one. Cooked the leg of lamb for a dinner party and everyone raved about the taste and tenderness.

Particularly tasty and tender shoulder chops ... Often the least interesting inclusion was actually excellent. Also, the lamb liver ... Pre-sliced, was a major hit with the dog.

Our half bundle of lamb was absolutely amazing. Perfect for summer cooking and grilling at the cottage! Looking forward to ordering again VERY soon!

Easy to work with and wonderful meat. Personally I like the fact that purchases are made directly from the farm where the animals were raised.

the 1/4 bundle perfect for this family of two! So far had loin chops and they were tender and delicious.
