Oh, the ground Lamb was soft and tender not stringy and rubbery. I cooked it for this weekend with garlic, tomatoes, mushrooms and herbs. In addition to that, I baked my own garlic bread to go with the Lamb - and believe me that was lip-smacking - Yum!!

We decided to go for the ground lamb as our first meal. I made stuffed peppers and they were amazing. The ground lamb was ground perfectly and easily blended with the herbs, onions and cream sauce. Topped with panko and a good buttery parmesan. Very enjoyable. Now I'm really looking foreward to the chops or even a roast. 😋 This 1/2 lamb order is a hit.

Fabulous!! I am visually impaired so doing pics or videos is out of my repertoire/ability. If I am allowed to say what I have made with your lamb, I am happy to. It’s perfect as always. Even though Purolator was having delivery issues, Farmer Rod called us after troubleshooting the Purolator glitch and kept us in the loop all day, making sure we got the delivery. Everything was still frozen. It’s packaged so well that after the lamb was transferred to the freezer the box was left in the dining room for two or three days (it’s a good box and we will use it for a present box), the ice packs were still frozen solid inside.

I am excited to say that the lamb is fantastic, we have ordered a couple of boxes of lamb and we have not had one bad lot. The lamb is juicy and very tender, so much better than the grocery stores. The way they ship it is absolutely fantastic, it comes frozen in a box and I must admit I did forget my order until later the day of arrival and it was all still frozen solid. I just made a rack of lamb baked in the oven with potatoes. WE don't like it rare, so baked at 350 x 1hr. Rubbed with garlic and regano and drizzled with olive oil and the juice of 1 lemon. Served up with Greek veggies. It was AMAZING!
