Oh my, what can we say, first we made Shepherds Pie and the smell was just heaven . We were so eager we forgot to photograph it, absolutely delicious. Then we did two chops and again forgot to take pictures. So last night we had couple shoulder chopped, cooked in the airfryer….melted in our mouths ….not best pics, and the mint sauce was the icing on the cake. Thanks Ewing family for being you. Never disappointed ! The lamb is so tender and tasty. This is the third time I’ve made the fresh herb crusted lamb!! But the first time I remembered to take a picture!! I’m always so excited to eat it , that I kept forgetting to take the picture! Well here ya go!! I love this recipe!

I seasoned the lamb chops and rack with olive oil, salt, black pepper, onion powder, minced garlic, ground cumin, sage and thyme.
We barbequed them,. Everyone complimented on the texture, flavour and juciness. They said that it was the best they had in very long time and asked wher I bought the meat. I told them from Ewing Family Farms in Southern Ontario.

As someone who eats Keto I enjoy cooking with new flavours but there is a limited variety of items to choose from. Including lamb into the mix allows us to make a meal and take it from typical Tuesday night dinner to a restaurant quality entree. Actually that's not true. Restaurants don't have this quality of meat. I can now make a meal that is beyond anything I have tasted. The tenderness of even the stewing meat is amazing. We love our “Ragu” pasta sauce made with your ground lamb. We brown the minced lamb and add our tomatoes, spices and onion and this simmers for a few hours. It should be adjusted with salt etc to your taste. We service this with any type of pasta topped with freshly grated Parmesan, and everyone loves it. I also make pasta sauce with a couple of lamb chops so this is very versatile.
