The tapes stuck together and stretched so much that it didn’t feel like they were holding anything I ruined 3 and still never got one on correctly. Disappointed… I feel Like I wasted my money … I feel Only for normal size people with thinner legs

Precut to a good size, but I find it a little too stretchy. It foes help support and keep my knee aligned.

I had small bruises from the tape after I removed it. I cannot use these. I have to say, the tape is the strongest I’ve ever used. Just about took my skin off.

Didn’t realize these were arriving from China. I would have never ordered them. And I don’t think they were well made. Great concept, but overall I feel like I wasted my money.

They give my knees strength

Tape isnt string enough and fabric trays easily when it rubs on clothing . These two reasons alone are why I couldnt continue use of the tapes I purchased. I would love to return them for my money back if possible.

Didn’t find them as helpful as I had hoped. Can only use 1 day at a time and have to wait several days before I can use them again. The adhesive causes a reaction with my skin when removing. Will not be purchasing again.

I had difficulty applying the tapes, even opening only one segment as illustrated, it would fold and stick to itself in areas, so some were wasted. There was some positive effect, but not enough to immediately order more.

I don’t feel that it made a real difference either way. I also don’t like that it came without instructions and the gluey residue it leaves on your leg when you take it off.

It's impossible to put this on by yourself. You don't have any directions or videos to give me any idea how to try to do it. And then when I finally had a friend able to help me put it on I developed a rare reaction to the tape where it wrapped around the front top of my shoulder onto my chest and had to take it off.

I used once & no more. The tape balls up when applying and hard to affix flat. Also when removed it leaves residue on legs from adhesive...I will stick w/KT tape instead... Very disappointed given the coast as well.

I do not feel like the quality of the material; tape - is that of the original KT brand. It is not as durable and stablizing and yet, it is horrible to remove. It has often left my skin red and raw.

Easier to apply. Stays on.

The tape really does seem to help my knee aches. They are not every day, but when they flair up, Apres gives me the support needed.

It works great and really helps but the adhesive takes awhile getting it off. But I guess that's why it stays in place so well

I’ve gone thru 3 and none have stuck to me. They stick to each other and it’s hard to pull apart but then don’t stick to my skin Waste of money

It helps in supporting my weak shoulder.

Does not adhere without curling up when worn under any pants. I have to use other kinesiology tape over it to keep in place. I won’t be using them again. Waste of money.

Include instructions on how best to apply. Perforate the backing tape so it doesn’t all have to be removed at once. Shipping from China is time consuming and the “tracking” is pretty much useless. The herbal pain patches were included in my order even though I did not ask for them and I was charged.

It doesn’t seem that the tape is supportive enough to do much. It feels very flimsy. My husband is an athletic trainer and he inspected them and felt they were pointless. Oh well, live and learn.

The concept is great, the tape isn't usable again as it's stated somewhere. Providing without directions was hard to understand unless you have worked with this sort of thing or a kinesiology class. I was clueless! Wishing you the best!

In theory they are great. In reality, not so much. They are difficult to put on. The sticky side rolls and all becomes a jumbled mess. I don’t know if they work as I never got tgem into position on my knee. Would not purchase again.

I got some of these free with the knee kinetic tape. The kinetic knee tape is so horrible and the glue residue that I’m afraid to put these on so they’ll probably go right in the garbage can. I may possibly try one? I already have adhesive all over my knee that won’t come off from the other one so what’s a little more?

Long lasting adhesive on nice herbal patches

I don’t understand how tape helps, but it does.

They go on easy but after one day they are fraying. Little strings to cut off frequently. I think my regular Kinesio tape is better.

The ankle and shoulder ones are not even precut. Impossible to apply. Just a big sticky mess! Waited forever for them and can’t even use them! There werent even instructions included. What a waste of money.

This was for my husband. He liked the effectiveness of the tape, but was unhappy that the adheaive injured his skin on removal.

I have only used one and totally messed it up as it twisted in all the wrong places. Still plan to try it again.

The tape is not very sticky in my opinion and the edges fray quickly when it rubs on clothing . I'm not feeling much strength from this knee support tape when its on my leg.

Terrible product! Its falling apart on the first day! I will be asking for my money back! Only way to get a refund is to send it back to CHINA!! So NOT WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY!!! I wish I couldnt gove them a star at all!!

I received my ankles tapes but there were no instructions as to how to apply the tape to my ankles. Plus, there are videos on your website that explains how to put it on.

If I can learn to put them on right they are probably great

I am amazed how well these work. Good support without the sweat and slippage of other supports. Bit of practice to put them on. But worth it.
