It's difficult to put on by yourself and when I emailed for instructions or an instructional video they said they're working on it. I had to find a friend to help me put it on. then I had an allergy to the tape on the front of my shoulder. Not worth the price. Doesn’t hold up lke stated. Size is an issue. Thse might work if you have skinny legs. Mine aren’t that large but im tall. And no directons! The return isn’t easy either.
