Worthless!!! They don’t stick The material “shreds” and looks unsightly. The stretch doesn’t stretch. It does NOT pull my skin or support my knee. I only weigh 115, so it’s not that I’m fat!!! I’m totally unimpressed and feel invested my money on these. I’ll be sure to continue to leave negative comments. There’s other ones out there that are soooooo much better.

I have nothing against the tape. However, it did not help. It made no difference either for the better or for the worse. The only thing that I would perhaps say to the negative is the glue residue which is difficult to remove.

I was shocked that it worked almost instantly to remove pain. I am bone on bone and in need a of replacement. However, when I went to remove it, it left black/gray sticky adhesive residue all over me. This is a no go for me.

At first I was unhappy with how cheaply made these were which made them difficult to apply. After wasting at least 2 of them I finally worked my way thru the process. I will say that they worked greatly in keeping my knee in place & mitigating much pain. I was thrilled with that. I would love to give 5 stars because of the relief but they really are pooly made.

I put them on exactly as directed and did not feel any support. I tried it for a week and the only thing that was consistent was the adhesive residue it left on my knees and how it was a difficult to get it washed off. Never will buy again. A waste of money.

On the first try, one of the strips folded in on itself and was unusable. The second attempt was better with one fold adhering to the edge. I walked a 6K, rode on a bus 3 hrs each way, and by the end of the day, had to remove it as it was already twisting. I did apply it to a dry leg/knee initially, so overall it didn't fare too well. I think its intent is great. Placing it was the issue for me.

I've used a lot of kinds of kinetic tape and I would rate this as mediocre. I love the shape and design, but it's not meant for larger knees like mine. The tape itself is a little too stretchy to give much support, and unravels while you're wearing it. Leaving lots of strings with adhesive all over. It worked okay for me, but I would probably buy regular kinetic tape next time.

Nice that they are pre-cut but they ravel. I am constantly pulling strings off of them. Also, the application isn’t as easy as it shows in your video. Mine have gotten stuck together or the placement changes and then I have to unstick which then causes them to unstick from skin much quicker. My problem is getting a grip on the backing of the tape, there is little to no paper hangover to grab onto. Anyway, that’s my opinion. I do feel like when I get it on correctly, I have good support.

I found the tape to be very thin and flimsy, and didn’t provide the structure or support advertised. I have used sports tapes and this didn’t come close. Also - tape is difficult and painful to remove. Very disappointed with this product.

I wish the bottom band stretched. The upper bands stretch too much, and don’t provide as much support as desired. And because the bottom band doesn’t stretch, it is difficult to position the upper bands where they are most needed. The fabric is much thinner and looser weave than the standard KT or Rock tape. The plus side, they stay on well, and the adhesive doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin.

I am Not impressed! When you first put it on you think oh good everything seems right, but then it starts shedding strands, then at night time while you’re sleeping it starts peeling back and leaves the most sticky residue all over your leg that cannot be washed off in the shower. If I thought they would give me my money back I might try to do that, but since it came from China and it took about a month to get here, I doubt it. Don’t buy them.
