I purchased the Apris knee support tape for my wife who has arthritis and a loss of cartilage in her knee. She has been wearing a traditional wrap and while helpful it wasn't perfect. She tried the tape and immediately felt better with more support and less pain as a result. She now has so much more confidence in resuming activities like walking, biking and gardening. It's an amazing alternative to surgery and one we will order again.

I am super surprised and happy with these! I put one over top of my knee and a second one under and they stayed put all day. The heat/healing sensation is consistent and nice... nothing crazy, but it feels really good. They are thin and fit under items really easily (knee sleeve, brace, leggings, etc...) I like them so much that i added them to my daughter's athletic "survival kit" that she uses for vball, golf, and BJJ training and comp.

Finally, relief from my nighttime knee pain! I’ve tried braces, creams, ice, and whatever else I could think of. I was pretty sure it worked after the first few nights, but I knew for sure after I forgot one night and woke up with plenty of pain. Can’t say enough good things, though I’m still getting the hang of applying the tape without letting it get crinkled.

I broke and dislocated my shoulder in December. I’m training for a half marathon and this helps so much. My shoulder gets “tired” after a few miles and the tape has been great. Stays on better than KT tape too.

The tape is amazing for my knees! It gave the extra support I needed and did not come off even in water. I needed baby oil to remove it, but it certainly did its job! Thrilled with this product!

I was skeptical about this product, but it actually works well for me. It’s easy to put it on and sticks very well. The only set back is that threads are falling apart after day one, but it won’t affect it’s effectiveness.

Work great! We joke that I am held together by tape! Only thing is the knee tape adhesive leaves considerable residue, have not had that issue with the foot or back tapes

I am a plus size woman and these work quite well. A lot more flexible than a wrap or knee brace. I like the fact that I don't have to keep adjusting or pulling up like I had to do with a brace or wrap

The support it provides is A+, taking the tape off leaves sticky residue. You have to really scrub to get it off.

Love the simplicity. No guess work where to place the strips. And it works. With my bad knees I’ll be packing it on every trip.

A little disappointed. The band that goes around the knee is a bit short probably because my legs are big. Maybe it would be helpful to have a bigger size available. Im not sure one size fits all really works. Thanks.

It's been helpful but I wish I had them 5 years ago. I helps with the pain but I'm having surgery on Monday

These work great to decrease my knee pain and help me to walk normally by supporting my patella. Easy to apply and lasts about 5 days.

It has helped me be more mobile at work where I am on my feet all day as a teacher.

Order was quick. Not following directions I messed up putting on my first two but after that it's really easy.

The tape is aoft comfoetable long wearing and provides the extra support i need. I forget its there, its so comfortable.

Very easy to use! I felt support around my knee cap without any discomfort or needing to adjust it! I am able to workout without touching it!

I try to walk a couple of miles everyday- Apris tape has helped manage my knee pain and allows me to enjoy walking again.

I used the knee tape while in the BWCA. I have a knee replacement coming up in December and this tape gave me stability and confidence in my knee.

The prodduct is good in concept, but the paper backing needs help. The lower band paper is sometimes difficult to separate from the strips that go up and around the knee and I spend more time than necessary trying to get it separated before putting it on. Also, it would be good if it was slightly thicker/heavier material for a little more support (or have varying levels of thickness for different support options).

I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of the support it gave to my right knee. I am waiting for a full knee replacement in October and it is helping me make that date with less pain and decent support.

When you get this product on correctly it makes a big difference in knee pain and instability. However, I found the product difficult to put on, or put on correctly. There were no written instructions. It is difficult to handle because the material feels flimsy and is difficult to apply correctly. It often gets stuck to itself while applying. However, I am going to keep trying because it really helps.

Like everything about it, except it is more sticky than the KT tape and harder to remove the residue. It does bother my skin to remove it but other than that, it works well.

The fit is great and application is easy. For my needs, I wish it came in different strengths as this strength is very flexible. My biggest issue with the tape however is how easily it frays, especially along the edges of the cutouts. Otherwise a good idea.

A set of instructions for applying the tape would have been helpful. I have watched numerous video clips on ads. There are different versions. Details vary. Some stretch the tape, some do not, for example.

I find the strips to be very thin and do not give support to the knee cap. It over stretches because of the flimsy material I find it either difficult to pull off, or if my leg sweats or gets wet it doesn’t stay on or, it peels off by itself.

I was surprised at how well it helped my knees.

I'm on the fence with this product. Easy to apply but after only 1 day of wearing, the sides of the tape(s) are shredding. Does not stay on well if working out or during activity like golf or pickleball.

Not as easy to apply as pictured...they get mangled and become unusable. They fray, so do not last 5 days. I am noticing minimal support only. Will not purchase again

I think it helped. A little trouble getting it on because it kept wanting to stick to itself. I wore it for a week. It was in the way of where I put my pain cream. And when I took it off, I had trouble getting the adhesive off. I’ll try it again.

A complete waste of money! The tape is very very thin and bubbles and does not stick on the skin very well and offers zero support! I was so disappointed! I had spent over $50 on3 packs of knee tape and when I asked for a refund because the tape is USELESS! I was sent a COURTESY REFUND of just over $11 !! What a JOKE!!!!

Because the paper backing is one solid piece, the process of removing it allows the section that I am not ready for to curl up on itself. I tried to start fresh with a new ankle tape, and, I tried to be very careful, but, it happened again. Also, for some reason, unlike the knee tape, the ankle tape doesn't want to stick to my skin. Pieces hang off and no support is achieved.

No instructions included for how to apply the tape (unintuitive from looking at it) and no instructions available online for doing so. Awful customer service. Can’t return. Really irritated with this company and will never purchase from them again!

Worthless!!! They don’t stick The material “shreds” and looks unsightly. The stretch doesn’t stretch. It does NOT pull my skin or support my knee. I only weigh 115, so it’s not that I’m fat!!! I’m totally unimpressed and feel invested my money on these. I’ll be sure to continue to leave negative comments. There’s other ones out there that are soooooo much better.
