The machine when it eventually arrived is fantastic. Maybe you should use another courier. We were notified by FedEx that it would be delivered between 08:20 and 12:20. We thought that was great, however it didn’t turn up till after 6 pm. There is nothing worse than having to sit about all day. We got no apology, nothing.

Love the machine. Its fancy without all the frills, but very easy to understand how the machine works. Even when going flat out with the machine, the machine is quite quiet considering how many moving parts are working. Love the fact that it comes in black as won't yellow like one of my other machines has done. Just wish the pedal and electric lead were separate like on my old machine. The manual is all online which is a little frustrating to find, but understand they trying to be environmental....
