I smoked these guys for 6 hours and the crust that developed was amazing. The meat was super tender and juicy. As you can see, one of the bones fell out just from taking them off the smoker. Would recommend the beef ribs (DINO BONES)!

For the second time smoking a brisket, I couldn’t have asked for a better turn out… My only issue is that for the price and the fact that the brisket was supposed to be “expertly pre trimmed”, I had to trim a lot more off. The flat was so thin with very thick fat cap. I trimmed 3+ lbs of fat myself and 2+ lbs of grind-able meat.
