Seasoned these 44 Farms Beef Ribs with Holy Cow & The Gospel, put into the fridge overnight, Smoked at 250 degrees for 8 hours on a Yoder smoker to an internal 210 degrees. Amazing Results!

250 for 13 hours on my Oklahoma Joe with post oak. Fat side up. Mustard binder with salt, pepper, and a splash of gospel. This was a great cut of meat. I’ll be order another soon! Thanks!

The best cut of brisket i have ever smoked. I would 100% use 44 Farms brisket as my brisket of choice on my barbecue trailer if I could ever get a call back. You won't be disappointed

Everything was great. Jerky is some of the best I've had. Steaks were awesome also. Tamales are some of the best I've had also.

Chuck roast turned out great seared hot then low and slow. Meat was falling apart and melts in your mouth. The value is excellent for this roast too.

I smoked the ribs on the Treager for 8 hours at 250 degrees. They were juicy, tender, fall off the bone delicious. I highly recommend these ribs.

Bought some tomahawks for a fishing trip in Arkansas, and it was incredible. Cooked them at our cabin by the river and it came out amazing!

The bone in ribeyes are excellent!! The filets are excellent also just a little small. I really like the cutting board I oiled it right away. It is made by a true woodworking craftsman. The steaks, cutting board and the seasoning are all high quality products !!! The question is, would I do it again? You KNOW IT !!!! 👍🏼

Chuck Roast smoked over vegtables for a pot roast. Eight hours @ 250 degrees, pulled the roast and dropped it into the pot. Fall apart tender, snokey and wonderful - MJC
