So there was eight of us and I smoked these ribs for 6 1/2 hours and let them rest for an hour wrapped in butcher paper and then put them into a cooler that was empty and I when I pulled them out I was able to pull the bone right out. Meat was so tender. I'm a little torn. I love brisket from you guys, but these Dino ribs were the best thing I've ever had and they were gone. These were the best dino ribs I've ever had. Ok, maybe they weren't as good as the original Blacks in Lockhart..but that was so long ago and the first ones I had tried. Nonetheless, definitely better than Terry Black's in New Braunfels. My wife pulls no punches when it comes to my cooking and she agreed. Chupacabra rub is a secret weapon for any beef ribs. Cooked on ReqTec flagship pellet grill with mesquite pellets.

I cooked them on My Traeger at 225 for 9 1/2 hours pulled them at 205 degrees ,let rest for 1 hour and it was one of the best pieces of meat I have had in My life !!

This is a stand-up company. I ordered a prime brisket for my Labor Day cookout, and it arrived on time, perfectly packaged. Unfortunately, the flat of the brisket was very thin, and I knew I would have to lose quite a bit of meat to get a thick enough flat to cook evenly. Absolutely amazing no matter what we order from 44! Annual October dry run before my Christmas feast, where the whole family marks their calendars for these Beef Ribs. I have purchased from meat markets in the past, but now that I found 44 Steaks 5 years ogo, I order nothing else. Customer service is also second to none with an actual person to speak to, or a simple online process. Other than not being there to make sure you smoke them correctly, they stand behind their products.

First off the customer service is top notch after some issues with shipping Ethan was a great help. The first brisket was late another was shipped same day. The brisket was perfect 11 hour cook juicy tender and delicious. No trimming for my taste so it is ready to cook definitely will be buying more meat from 44 Farms.

Amazing!!! This is my new favorite cut of meat. I cooked it like a rib roast (Malcolm Reed), Covered with W sauce and Holy Cow, smoked at 275 and pulled at 125, then seared it for a nice crust. I used it for leftovers the next day and made sandwiches with a horseradish cream sauce and pickled red onions. Not kidding...this was seriously amazing!
