I served the smoked prime rib and it was out of this world! Followed the instructions for reheating and pulled it from the oven at 125 degrees and let it sit with loose foil where it reached 129. It took about an hour and a half to reheat at 250 degrees and it smelled and looked great. After resting you can pretty much carve this with a butter knife it was so tender.
