These are the most delicious ribeye steaks I have ever had. They are thick and I would even like them a little thicker, but they are perfect for holding flavor and they just melt in your mouth. We just used one of them and soaked it for two days in a teriyaki sauce. And every bite of that steak had the flavor of that sauce throughout and we cooked it rare and it still was that way it was amazing.
