Beef ribs were awesome. Great flavor and really tender. Toyed with smoking them but just seasoned them with Kinders Blend and grilled them for almost 4 hours on indirect heat set at about 350f. Added a small smoker box with some cherry pellets for a couple of hours. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

I used post oak chunks and smoked the tomahawk 3 bone choice rib eye at 225 degrees for about 3 hours, until center reached 115 degrees. I removed roast from smoker and placed on a hot grill for one minute each for top, bottom and both side ends. Removed from grill and let rest for 60 minutes. Internal temperature reached 135 degrees. A perfect medium rare and juicy. Very satisfied with the quality of the 44 Farms angus beef and service.

I’ve been a customer for years, every steak or ground beef has come with damaged packaging. I’m not sure I have ever had packaging where the wrapping was intact. It’s almost like it gets tossed across the room into a box and the packaging gets nicked or damaged. Steaks are always good though, hasn’t stopped me so far.
