There is no serious issues but they were almost thawed out when they were delivered however. I think your vacuum sealed products have a 30 day life span after thaw?? Few issues with this order as it arrived a day later than scheduled. Assuming Fed Ex problems. Then out of all packages in box (e.g. tri tip, chuck and ground chuck) the chuck roast vacuum seal was broken and air had gotten into pack. Roast looked fine so I put into freezer bag before placing in freezer. Almost forgot, a few of the ground chuck blocks started to thaw in a couple of corners so cooked them immediately.
