Steaks are marvelous! Always grill up tender, moist. Flavor is always good weather it's seasoned or not. We place a glob of real butter on our steaks and sometimes garlic butter. Always good. Unfortunately, the dry ice melted and the items were starting to thaw (ground beef, filets and hot dogs). I reported this to customer service and they didn't flinch to make things right.
