The quality of the steak is always good. The delivery not so much. When they pick it up from you they sent it to Dallas where there is not a truck for that can deliver to Franklin. Then they ship it from Dallas for local delivery. This puts my shipment a day later than scheduled. This has happened at least 2 or three times from two different companies.
