This was a birthday gift for my husband. He loves it. The picture is so perfect in every way. Customer service was on point. I think it is AI. Prompt response to questions and concerns. I needed it quickly and had it sent FedEx. Rather pricey but should have ordered it sooner. I would recommend this as the perfect gift for any pet owner.

Our portrait of Miley was perfect. Having just lost her two weeks ago, the grief was still fresh, and caused both my husband and me to weep. It is so lifelike and she looks distinguished. Very well done. Thank you.

This was a birthday gift for my wife and after the tears she expressed that this was the best gift she had ever received. The picture was so real it almost seemed as if he was here. Side note: The corners of the picture were slightly damaged by abrasion inside the shipping bag.

The art pieces were beautiful! My daughter loved her bunny and cat. The only mishap was that I ordered so I could give for Christmas but the artist missed the order so we received a couple after Christmas. We understand things happen. Regardless of the mishap my daughter absolutely loved both art pieces. Very good quality and beautiful artwork

This was my first time ordering the portrait from their website, very impressed with the quality of work, and detailing around our fury puppy eyes. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get the portrait done for their furry friends.

My canvas looks great! It is a gift for friends that recently lost their pooch. I hope they love it! It was easy to work with the artist and they were accommodating through every step. The image of their dog is slightly darker than the photo (shows more black than the chocolate brown she was) but I did not catch that in any of my proofs so that’s on me. I still think it looks wonderful.

It’s such a fun picture! I did not pay close enough attention for the approval…. I saw the picture and loved it but didn’t even notice that my pet’s name wasn’t on the preliminary picture. As a result it came without his name on it.

We lost our dog Jackson 2 weeks ago and when I saw an ad to get his photo on a canvas, I ordered it right away. I submitted a photo and then the next day found one I liked better and you all worked with me and were so kind to change it for a very small fee. The picture is beautiful. It is exactly like the picture I sent in. It came ready to hang on wall. That is where it is now. It is hanging over the spot where Pip's bed was for 4 years.
