My husband loves the portrait of our sweet Annie, who we sadly lost last month. The order and delivery process was not timely and had some speed bumps but the final product is wonderful.

EXCELLENT Service and responsive communication. I ordered to pictures as a gift for my friend who has 2 cats that she adores. She loved the artwork of their photos and said, “Petsonalized captured their personalities in the photos.” I would recommend Petsonalized to everyone that is looking to do photos of pets. They are so awesome. In this day and age it’s hard to find good customer service, these folks delivered! Use them!!

My art piece is absolutely beautiful! I lost one of my 2 dogs, about 2 years ago and I haven’t been able to get over it. This piece represents my love for him. It made me cry when I saw it. So beautiful, so perfect.

It is beautiful. It was purchased as a gift for a dear friend and she loved it. This was the 4th one I have ordered. The artists do a phenomenal job. Even though the picture I had for them to work from was blurry, they were able to determine exact features.

The picture is such a great memory of my dog Bo. The eyes almost seem like a real photo. I would maybe suggest a different kind of packaging. (Cardboard not bubble wrap envelope) Mine did come with some indentations on one end of the canvas. Other than that I love it!
