The whole process was very smooth and I did wait longer than I thought it would take for everything to be completed and ship. However, once I got the product in my hand and saw the quality, I really stopped caring about how long I had to wait it was absolutely worth it. I ordered swatches of the various types of rugs that Rugtomize offers and I like them all. My favorite is the canvas. It's a soft, flat pile, but has a cushy feel under the feet. The colors print bright and crisp, and the serged edges are a great finishing touch. I have an Etsy shop and will be collaborating with Rugtomize to produce rugs with my designs. I highly recommend working with them.
