Well, this is the way that this very crappy rug showed up to my business. Do not order from these guys. The absolute worst experience with this company, I received something that never should have made it through Quality control, Let alone be sent to me. Their way of (doing me a favor) Helping me out as a customer, lol I only had to pay an extra $20 for shipping & $30 handling total $50 to have it remade, oh they Even offered to upgrade the type of material I could choose. Not the most pleasant experience from order to delivery. The photos show it, this was supposed to be a simple all black and gold. Several of issues in the communication, expectation, advertising, and final product. I don’t know the caliber of any of their other work but what I received is subpar and unacceptable on any level.
