I am setting up my Shop, at 76 years old, and disabilities from a life time of being a Human Back Hoe, I am "Sizing Down".
I have a CNC Mill&Lathe Combination, a 9inch Bandsaw, 24 VDC "MINI Drill Press" (¿Micro Mini? !!!) leaving behind Mills and Lathes to big for present life.
Here is the last wood work, done primarily by hand, There is a Bi-Metal "resaw blade" on the band saw, and I cut one of the Last of my Holly Slabs to create this. All other work was by hand tools.

This is my 1st cut / experience with HDPE, Omg I love it. My daughter asked for garden signs. These are the results. I already have more HDPE sheets ordered. Just wish I could get 4x8 sheets to save $$. You may have noticed the "Fuzzies" I used a v-bit. I'll use a "O"Flute next time. lesson learned.

What a great carve! I added this to the back of a marble game board I make for my family. What a great addition and looks really good on the opposite side of the game board now it sits probably in their homes while they’re not playing games.

Awesome file settings, easy to set to the bits that I used still working on. Going to do a resin pour in it with the top part where America is it’s covered in blue being red and the numbers being white and the dates at the bottom being blue and the star is white and the rest in black and excellent file

I had one of the previous boards with smaller end grain pieces and then got 3 of the new ones. I feel the original had less sap wood & the inlay showed up better; nonetheless, They turned out great & the client loved them.

I love this game. It's a great way to "torture" friends. We have one on our coffee table. People can't help but pick it up and play with it!! I have made five and am about to buy two more. It's hard to torture friends when they leave with the maze.

It had arrived in time for me to machine and finish it to display at the 4th of July party.
Everyone loved it.
Machining went smooth with no issues.
Used all the same bits specified and ran the TBN bit at 200 IPM.
Thinking of using your 1/4” down cut ball nose with a 5% step over when making another.

The TBN bit did an excellent job creating the wavy flag. It cut through the cherry, maple, walnut, and epoxy with ease. Minimal sanding and it was good to go!
This is a great bit that I will use on many 3D carvings.

I used this on the flag kit. At times it was taking .75” at a time and seemed to have no issues. The finish off the tool was much better than expected.

EDIT: I am in love with this kit! Note I added my dust boot and dust extraction for the finishing cut because strips of maple were almost tangling around the bit. The dust extraction resolved that.

Materials were great and files had exacting tolerances for a perfect fit. There was some tear-out on both maple and walnut but I think slowing the speed down just a little bit on my machine will help.

I was a bit nervous that the parts may move during the Final Cut through but CIC Included “Tabs” in the file so there was no need to be concerned about that.

The kit was a real joy to work with.
I called them and made a suggestion of identifying the screws and ball bearing sizes to make a maple & a cherry maze for the rest of the great grand kids.
One more thing: I used my laser to identify the start and finish locations on the maze.

I used the red HDPE to make an octagon-shaped backer, and I carved the letters "featured items" on it. I hung the sign over a table in my retail store where I am featuring seasonal items, all made on my CNC machine.

This bam x and Baltic birch plywood is great The color contrast in the bam x is awesome. The only real problem I had with it is I didn't set my depth of cut deep enough and it splintered really bad on the back. Other than that hopefully these tic tac toe boards sell and I will order more.

Thanks to Ryan's great video on doing VCarve Inlays and The high quality 30 degree V Cutters that CIC sells, I just recently made this table and the Humming Bird Inlay was done with the CIC 30 degree V Bit.
The table is made from Curly Maple and the Humming Bird is Walnut and the Flower is African Rose Wood.
The table was made to donate for a fund raising event at our local cancer treatment center.
