Right off the bat, that wooden business card and the personalized note written on December 25 had me as a lifelong customer. Great personalized touch. The quality of the brass feet are exemplary, just what I was looking for. I was somewhat dismayed when the first screw broke off because I had pre-drilled a hole. I must not have pre-drilled a big enough hole. Those brass screws are quite soft; it would have been nice to have had a recommendation as to what size to pre-drill as most cutting board...

Great product and really convenient. I did have to fix the file for the 5 O’clock file, it had a few intersections. Overall I would recommend this kit and will purchase again in the future as well as the wood blanks. It was straight and smooth no milling required saved a lot of time.

The video on how to use the bit is great. It's now working very well after a few trial-and-error runs, especially after figuring out how to set the offset contours with the cut-out endmill. I'm now cutting rounded edges on cutting boards and charcuterie boards with ease. If y'all could produce a 1/2-inch rounded juice groove bit, I'd buy it in a minute.
