This was a darling first project from your company and I really enjoyed making it. I haven't done much amigurumi previously, so having the video was nice and put me completely at ease that I was doing it properly. The pattern is clear, but the videos are great for someone who is a highly visual learner like me. The card is lovely as well. I truly love your idea and your service!

I enjoy crocheting and have for the past 50 years. (I learned when I was 6) 😂. Now that I am a grandmother to four beautiful grandbabies and only work part time, I have some free time on my hands. Since I found the Acts of Kindness Crochet Club, I always have a little project I know I can whip up for a friend or family member for birthdays, get wells, thank you’s and everything in between. The patterns are easy to follow and very detailed. Every month I get four beautiful cards with envelope...

This was my very first crochet project. I’m glad I used dark yarn so you can’t see my mistakes 😂. The pattern was easy and fun. I’m going to make another one using different yarn!

The company is wonderful especially with customer service. Ordering is easy and everything is shipped with great care and arrives quickly. I like being able to use my own yarn and supplies. And I adore the idea of the card matching what’s on the card. Definitely definitely!!

These were so easy to make! I ended up making 14 in different mediums, t-shirt yarn, bulky and pearl crochet cotton. Each one of them I glued a magnet to the back and then put in a heart covered zip lock bag with the sweet poem copied onto a sheet of note paper... perfect!

This little stingray was so much fun to make, even though I haven't worked on small toys in quite a while. The pattern was easy to work with, and it made up quickly. I can't wait to leave it for an unsuspecting random act of kindness!

We were on the way to the beach this month & I was thinking about the offer of buy 8 cards/patterns & get 8 free for $39. They kept popping up in my mind…so I ordered them! They were here when I got back. This pic shows all I received. I can’t crochet right now because I had a broken arm that had to be repaired with a shoulder replacement, but I know I’ll start as soon as I can. I already have a special person in mind for the flower. Thanks Brittany!! 🙂 P.S. Don’t let these good deals pass you b...

I am greatly enjoying Crochet Nation! There are interesting articles about crochet both current and historical and lots of fun puzzles and curiosities throughout! I enjoy the quiz at the last page, though I frequently fall into a couple categories! I enjoy having these to read over and over.

It's a step back in time to be holding a newspaper in my hands, and I love it! I loved Julie's piece on the Graham Cracker Pie. I also loved the editor's variations - especial the toasted coconut crust! Yum! I plan to make the Chocolate Sable Brenton. I've also been wanting to recreate my Mom's pies which she used meringue but have been afraid to. Great tips on it!

Articles keep me motivated to mix edibles for my table among dense splashes of ornamental color. When neighbors asked about my weeding I explain that I am picking bush snap beans, kale, Swiss chard and sorrel. Not to mention the occasional half pint of strawberries all from the two sides of my driveway.

When I started crocheting about 2 months ago I dove in with making stuffed animals and fell in love with the experience of gifting these animals. When I found this book and pattern set I had to try it and began making the wonderful animals that go along with the book. The patterns are very easy to follow and if you get stuck, because you're new like me, they will send you video tutorials to go along with your animals! I made these for my daughter's 5th birthday and she absolutely loves them. Tha...

I first bought the book and made the animals for my 3 year old granddaughter. I haven’t been able to give them to her yet but will see her in a few weeks and the. She will have them. I did show her the animals over FaceTime and she loved them. I just bought the grandma pattern and hope to finish that before I see her at the end of the month. Such a cute book and the patterns are very easy to follow and come out so cute.

I LOVE this newspaper! There is so much goodness inside. I look forward to the next chapter in the story. The patterns are ones I've never seen or even thought of, so it's been a nice surprise each time. I find that helps me think outside the box. My subscription was a Christmas gift - one that keeps giving. I hope you give it a try!

I really enjoyed receiving my first copy of Gardening Nation! As someone who loves gardening but also spends a lot of time learning and finding inspiration online, there was something so refreshing about sitting down with an actual newspaper dedicated entirely to gardening. It gave me a reason to put my phone away, slow down, and enjoy reading through the articles with my morning tea. I especially loved the variety of gardening topics and how approachable and enjoyable it was to read. It feels ...

I can't get enough of it. I sit in my sun room on the deck and enjoy, laugh and learn more with every page. I make notes and highlight articles of interest. It's even more colorful now. LoL I'm moving and have a whole new yard to plan. That should take up the rest of fall and winter. Thanx so much for a newspaper worthy of reading and keeping. Sincerely, Elaine

I really appreciate the page that talks about how to prepare for the upcoming months in your garden. I crossed check it with other sources and it's always in line with the sources that I already trust like my Florida Master Gardener calendar. I really enjoy the paper and the funny stories that also shed light on advice that you can only learn from experience. Thanks for a great paper guys!

I love my Knit Nation and look forward to reading it cover to cover every month. I have always had trouble with gaging and making garments that actually fit. When you featured Louise Crowther’s George the Dog in the 4th issue, I was well and truly hooked. I’ve bought all three of her books, so many patterns in one place! I also really enjoy the history stories of knitting and the different designs from around the world. Also learning about the different breeds of sheep and their wool is fa...

I haven't finished Cocoa the Reindeer yet. I'm still working on making the head. But when I finish I will be very happy to send pictures of Cocoa. I'm making him for my granddaughter for Christmas. I bought this to give to my friend's baby boy for his first Christmas and make him the characters from the book. I only got to Percy and his clothes before Christmas so Percy's accessories and Poppy with her outfit and accessories will come later, but he loves his Percy so much already! I also love how there are field reports to learn about the dinosaurs so this story will grow with him as he gets older. I can also continue to make the dinosaurs from the book as surprises for him later. :)

I liked this once I knew what I was doing it worked up quick, which is nice if I'm going to be giving them away. It also provided me a way to use up some scrap yarn too. It's a little bigger than I thought it would be in cotton 8/8 but it worked. I also added my own version of the underside of Rays I'll be making more.

I've finished Fang's head and the detailing on his face. I'm going to do the wings wings and ears and feet tomorrow. I'm sending Fang and his card to my friend who fell right before the new year. Cos she's going to be in long term therapy in Nebraska for a few weeks. I think Fang and the hang in there card will encourage her. I'm pretty happy with him so far.

I have to admit, I did not think I was pleased with my first delivery. I realized I had not approached my suscription properly. I started reading in a hurry, did not have my cup of coffee, scanned briefly the pages, and other hurried offenses. A few days later I started scanning again....stopped, got in my comfy chair and grabbed a pencil. Did I mention the crossword puzzle that has questions from the articles in this copy? I soon was eagerly watching for my next delivery coffee in hand.

What a cool idea to give to the kiddos in your life. Loved the patterns that were accessed before the book arrived as well as revisions making them even easier. I was taught to crochet at a young age, by my grandmother and wanted to refresh my skills and try my hand at something other than blankets or scarves. This was an awesome project. I feel a real sense of accomplishment. Thank you so much.
