The squat rack is easy to install and very sturdy. Well worth the money. Things I didn’t like were the lack of accessories, I purchased a dip bar and was told after purchase the one I got wouldn’t fit. When asked about a model that fit they said it was sold out. I asked if I could purchase it later as this is what I really wanted and was told yes. But can’t even find the model to check and see if it’s back in stock. Hopefully someone can help me out.

With very low ceiling (80 an a half inches) the f4 power rack was the only one on the market that had what I wanted that would fit. Once I got it and put it in the room I was very pleased. Also note you can flip the pull up bar upside down and still do your pull ups with and 80 inch ceiling...very happy

Solid bench all the way around. Perhaps a shade to wide for me. I wear a size 45s coat size. A little wide may help you move heavier weight, but it also restricts range of motion. Also good for a front brace for seated rows, although I'm to have to find a bar with a deeper notch in the center. apparently an improved version F4 which comes as a surprise. With added weight plate holders in front side of cage and loaded weights, it feels really solid when doing chin up pull. 2" plate holder sleeves now comes with set screw which secure it from sliding out when unloading weights. Protection bars now come with pin at the end preventing it from accidentally sliding out. Happy with my purchase.

Like most of the other reviews it is a great rack for the money but the directions stink, I am a very mechanical person and I struggled with it at times, Wife helped, and it took us 3 hours, I would suggest a couple things that helped us,

I am literally in awe of this bench! To me it feels more comfortable and just as firm as the Rep Fitness Nighthawk that I once owned. It is definitely a sharp looking bench and I have it on rubber floor mats and the bench does not budge which is important mind you I'm 250 lb. I'm very happy with the purchase.

The build wasn’t bad, however the couplings that go on the top plate of the weight stacks are extremely difficult to seat properly. I also feel the instructions could be much better written, specifically when determining what screw or bolt goes where (the instructions look like a math equation rather than a part number).
Also I did not receive the extra weight stickers when I upgraded the weight stacks.
Other than that the rack is sturdy and a pleasure to use!

Overall extremely happy w/this folding rack. Initially the setup was VERY cumbersome due to the rack arms and the backplate being separate so very precise measurements are definitely required.
Also as noted in another review there are no lag bolts for studs so I did have to purchase those. But basically setup a 2x6 on the wall to studs and attached the rack to that. Its not going ANYWHERE!
Functionally everything is very smooth. Do spray the pulleys with a silicone spray before use.
