This power cage was an amazing purchase. I'm using the bench with around 225-250lbs and it holds steady with no problems. The pulley system is extremely smooth and works great with heavy weight. I use around 200 on the pulleys. Colors are amazing and fit in my guest room flawlessly. Squat rack holds up very well. I've only gone up to 400lbs with the rack. Very sturdy. Lastly it was an easy assembly. Took roughly 2 to 3 hours by myself.

Rack is really durable. The amount of exercises you can do with the smith machine and dual pulley systems is awesome. Very happy with the product. I accidentally set the cables for the pulley systems up incorrectly on my initial build. This led to the coating on the cables getting shredded. Customer service was very responsive. They helped walk me through my error and sent me replacement cables for free. Great experience.

I highly recommend the 6 foot Mikolo weight bar. I ordered the 6 foot bar as my 7 foot bar was too awkward in my garage gym and kept bumping into things. The bar fit my rack perfectly, unlike many other 6 foot bars, but retained plenty of space for my weight plates. The grip surface is also much better than most bars I have used and I can use it with or without gloves. The bearings are also super smooth, something I noticed immediately the first time I used it. This machine feels very smooth. I had one minor hiccup after assembly where a piece tore, and the Mikolo team promptly mailed me a replacement piece. Great customer service and the 1:1 ratio feels better than I even thought it would. Great value.

Not bad for the value! Sturdy for what I use it for, 275lb bench 375lb squat seem fine on it. Wish it had pin and pipe safeties, takes too long to adjust the strap safeties also would like base extension legs for stability because I don’t want to bolt into the concrete. Overall I’d buy again!

K6 2.0 Just bought this and put it together; I love this thing, it takes up less space and everything is very smooth Biggest issue as of October 2025; The instructions have some typos (Mislabeling some parts) And they were missing 2 bolts (M10 X 65) I was able to figure it out and this is my first Power Rack; I'm just an average joe that works a normal office job; This is perfect for everything I need all in one place

This machine is great!! I’ve only used it a handful of times but it works just as well as the ones at the gym. It wasn’t super difficult to set up, but you definitely need two people. The price is great as well. I had a damaged piece and a few missing pieces, and they were delivered in less than a week after I emailed the company. Super recommend!!

I purchased this item and had a related issue to resolve over a second item. The company reached out and resolved that matter to the degree I purchased two more items. I have enough confidence that I now own the 3X3 Rack, jammer arms, lat attachment, Y Dip, and Leg attachment. Plus I am considering a second rack for an idea to connect the two with a monkey bar attachment that Body Solid makes.

The rack great, I’ll post my thoughts below. Inside the rack is a little tight for lifts with bumper plates or 45s, something not really understood until in use. If the pulleys are in the middle to top of the rack it can interfere more with those larger plates. Those two are more of a side effect of trying to fit the space and forgivable.
