This is a beautiful painting! I loved that we received a picture of it after it was actually painted to approve it BEFORE they shipped it out to us. I didn’t realize that each one is painted individually after it is ordered. Had I known it was coming from overseas I probably would not have ordered it. Everything went extremely well. Artist customized the paintings just as I requested and the delivery was exactly as described. The paintings look great. I would send photos but the carpenter who is hanging them on my 16’ walls won’t be here for a week. I will post pictures when I have them in place. Nicely done!

They are great to work with! I review the pictures and make sure everything is correct. There were issues in the preliminary pictures, but they were resolved quickly. My husband had to move the mounted hooks from one side of the frame to another because we wanted it horizontal (and the description said it was equipped to hang either way, but it wasn’t), but that wasn’t a big deal. It looks great.

While the painting itself is beautiful, and despite that it was very well packaged, the delivery service stepped on the package and broke the frame and damaged the actual painting itself. Andy from customer service was quick to respond to our emails and will be sending a new painting. I will update my review as soon as I have a new painting but I am confident our issue will be resolved.
