I was a bit hesitant ordering from a company based in South Korea, but customer service (via email) has been timely and helpful, the packaging of the painting was fantastic and the piece of art is wonderful. Colors are just what we were hoping for and the framing finishes the art piece. Very Happy and just ordered another piece!!!

I like the art work and it works well in our beach community bedroom where the same colors dominate. I'm disappointed, though, that the artist's signature is totally unreadable in black in the darkest colored part of the picture. I wish I had realized that this would be the case and then, I would have asked for it to be on the back or in a different corner. Good quality of the picture and frame. The only negative is the length of time to receive the merchandise. It needs to be improved. Too long of a wait. This has deterred from buying another piece because i don't want to wait over 5 weeks for the merchandise.

The artist that did my painting did a beautiful job! I would highly recommend this company! They are so easy to work with. Very considerate and thoughtful. They walk you through the process and even when you have a minor hiccup, they are right there to help resolve the issue. Not many companies are out there anymore like this one! I will be ordering several more painting in the near future.

Shipping was a longer process than expected due to the US implementation of tariffs. Andy with Acousart was great to work with and giving update information. Once our wall art arrived, we were blown away with the quality and look. We will definitely purchase from Acousart again.

The ordering process was seamless and I also had additional questions which were answered quickly by email. I had requested the artist sign the bottom right but they got back to me to state it wld be the left bottom that will be signed. Again, they were very quick work the communication. I like it under bright light. It is soothing and makes me feel calm but it looks too yellowish under warm light which loses the calming effect. Its quality is good. Packaging is also good.

I wasn’t happy with the first piece. I felt it was sloppy and didn’t look anything like the sample photo. The final piece was ok. The colors were brighter , which I requested, but the bottom part of the painting was still too dark , which I had expressed in my original critique. This was a difficult commission to do but it’s pretty and hanging in my home
