I love my copper flask. I fill it each night and empty it in the morning to chill in the fridge. If I fill it again straight away, I can get another litre before I go to bed. I produce more than I can drink for now so there is plenty to offer visitors. It looks beautiful sitting on my kitchen bench.

These go w me everywhere!!! There’s a weird smell when you first get it. Just rinse with warm water, rub a lime all over it, inside cap and everything(even get some lime juice inside and shake it). Rinse it and fill it up with water. Let this water sit there for at least 8hrs ( I did like a whole day). Get rid of that water. Then you are good to enjoy the best bottle out there!!!💪🏼💯

Firstly I would like to express my appreciation for replacing the bottle that had marks on it. I am so happy with this. It is a high quality bottle and it is beautiful too. So much emphasis is placed on the need to supplement with zinc these days yet it is important to balance zinc with copper. (I think it's a ratio of 8 zinc to 1 copper, but please do your own research.). I found out recently through a hair analysis test that I am quite depleted in iron - which is needed for absorption....
