I received my copper water bottle a day before everyone got the flu. I had soaked it for 8 hours to clean and then refilled and soaked water for another 8 hours. Firstly I would like to express my appreciation for replacing the bottle that had marks on it. I am so happy with this. It is a high quality bottle and it is beautiful too. So much emphasis is placed on the need to supplement with zinc these days yet it is important to balance zinc with copper. (I think it's a ratio of 8 zinc to 1 copper, but please do your own research.). I found out recently through a hair analysis test that I am quite depleted in iron - which is needed for absorption....
