Well this is my first time trying Seamoss. After watching a tutorial on how to prepare it so that it comes out nice and smooth, I must say I did an excellent job. I infused it with Pineapples, Mangos, Flax and Chia Seeds, Dates, Cinnamon and Maca Root Powder. I also made mixed berries with all the same ingredients...oh my!!! It taste so good, iI eat it twice a day and most of all I'm beginning to feel so much better and have more energy. I absolutely love it!!
