I bought 2 bottles and I'm almost done with the 1st. I take 3 instead of the recommended 2 just because of my weight which i believe 3 is sufficient. When I lose the lbs I will go to 2 a day but overall the product is great. During my workouts I feel more energy and can go longer. Taste is decent, not bad at all and I'm going to continue until I see a substantial difference in my overall health. I've only been taking these for about 1 month and a half so in about 6 months we'll see where I'm at....

I am new to sea moss and in about a week I’ve already noticed majorly reduced nicotine cravings (trying to stop vaping) and a reduced appetite.
