LOD was really great. It was easy to upload an image of my logo and get a rough idea of how it would look right away. Then the proof that they sent was VERY realistic and showed how it would look with the embroidery. Once I got the hats (took a couple of weeks) they look exactly like the proof. The box was ripped and 3 hats were torn. The logo is tiny, hard to read. In photo #2 the hat to the left was made by another vendor, the logo is much bigger.
