The grey hat turned out nice. Very well done. I don’t love the black or red. Not LOD’s fault at all. I wasn’t paying proper attention when approving. I should have ordered a sample of the hat because the l/xl is way too big for everyone. That is my fault as well. Bottom line is they do a great job but it does take a long time. I would order from here again when I need hats.

Easy submission. Communication after the order was placed was excellent. The stitching on the logo was very good. (my design is a little too busy) Make sure your design is not too cluttered.

Well, the process was a bit challenging. Leadtime was longer than I was told it would be, and the chat process to get updates was slow at best. Once I got the hats though, they ended up looking great, so I'm happy with that aspect! Thanks!

I went online looking for ball caps and found lids . Very easy transaction uploaded my image and they email me back for approval on the results for the final approval. After all that waited a 2 weeks. Worth the wait. Fantastic job . Keep up the great work LIDS.

The hats are really cool and shipped super fast. The team was great helping me get what I needed. Hats are comfortable. Only problem was one came unstitched at the corner of the bill. We are still extremely happy!

It took a month to get the hats but it was a first time order. Hopefully the next order will come quicker. Really nice job on the hats, will order again

They worked with me since the first artwork wasn't going to be able to be embroidered well we switched it around and they helped out a lot. Great hats I'll buy them again
