I have been using MNM now for two months and to be honest unlike supplements I have tried on the past I can really feel a noticeable benefit from taking NMN. This is a fantastic complete magnesium supplement. Last time I bought it, it was loose powder (hence the free scoop), but it now seems to be available only in capsule form, so I'm not sure why a free scoop is still being provided...... Anyway, I simply split the capsules and mix the powder with water, as before. I'm very happy with the quality of this product, as well as the price and the customer service of the company. All in all, would highly recommend.

Good product, used to order AKG from Iherb, but isn't available anymore. With the powdered form now I have more product in comparison. Good quality. As you can see I am reversing gray hairs, the green circle is where the root of the hair is. The end of the hair is gray. I have more hairs in my beard doing the same. Takes time, but works.
