definitely does something good
hard to say categorically that it works but I am an amateur competitive athlete and my power is up about 10-15%, i feel more alert and awake and energetic and I seem to recover better and faster. So far so good, ill be keeping it up. Only downside id say is the expensive cost - roughly £1/day or £100/month. Not cheap.
