I prefer the powder to the tablets as I can monitor my intake. the flavour is not too noticeable, somewhere between dispirit and paracetamol in blandness, and goes down easily with a glass of water, or not noticeable on cereal in juice. As for the effects.... it's impossible to say. I do feel 'better', fitter, etc.

I used to take 4 x metformin daily . I now take 2 x metformin and 2 x Met4Min daily.
I have reduced my carb intake and take more exercise.
Before using Met4Min my HbA1c was 28/07/22 was 88 mmol/mol.
After taking Met4Min my HbA1c on 25/11/22 it was 50 mmol/mol and 14/02/23 46 mmol/mol
With better diet , exercise and Met4Min my Blood Glucose levels are going in the right direction.

I don't know if it's a manufacturing fault in a certain batch of capsules, or if cold weather during delivery made them more susceptible to cracking.
