I am using the NMN and Trans Resveratrol daily. Still early days to notice a major difference, but i weigh out the amount and mix in with some yoghurt in the morning, really simple. The products arrived quickly and the packaging is excellent, resealing tight each time.

This product has not only helped me stop feeing lethargic after work but has also helped thicken my hair and strengthen my nails. , I’ve no idea if the benefit it claims is actually happening but I do feel better and at 52 I am loving my luscious hair again. I do feel the difference in myself if I forget to take it for a few days as the tiredness sets in and I instantly know why I’m feeling this way. NMNH makes a noticeable and visible difference to the way I not only feel, but I swear it turns back the clock on my skin, also. I take it first thing in the AM on an empty stomach, followed by R-ALA and NAC, then take trans-resveratrol with a breakfast containing healthy fats, and with other fat-soluble supplements, such as: coq10, astaxanthin, and D3. I stopped taking NMNH and trans-resveratrol for a while, and really noticed the difference, so I’ll keep taking these now forever!
