I was tired of cases popping open in my purse. My new nano is exactly what I needed- easy to open but secure when closed. This well machined metal sliding case is perfection. I'm sure this will not be my only Ikigai purchase. Showed my case to a friend yesterday when she told me she just started needing a daily med and had to buy a pill case. She immediately bought two- one for her husband and one for herself. Thanks for a great product!

Surprisingly great! Feels solid and of high quality. I was a little skeptical at first because of the price - but you can tell it’s made well. Perfect for travel, carries all my pills without an issue, and more importantly, keeps them separated!

This case is perfect. The machining is very precise and makes everything fit together without any fuss. It's a very nice way to carry my medication without having to take out a noisy plastic one that calls attention to itself. There is no alternative or substitute for these cases. I am hoping to pick up some more at some point.

I was floored by the quality of this pill case when it arrived. The larger one is probably too big to carry around, unless you have a purse or larger bag – but it is a great way to organize and keep all of my medication, either for the week, or in separate wells. I keep it at my desk, but it will be great to use while traveling.

Outstanding product. I’ve gone through any number of cheap plastic pill cases that have broken within a month or two of purchase. I travel quite a bit so they tend to get tossed around. This Ikigai case is high quality metal, the craftsman ship is top notch and the design is sleek. I foresee using this case for years and years to come. I could not be more satisfied with this case. Highly recommend.

The mission pill case is a great addition and companion to my existing daily pill case which I also love. While my daily case is perfect for everyday pills, the mission pill case is perfect with its 2 (plus extra) compartments for as needed medications which I also find helpful to bring with me when traveling. It is also helpful that it can be separate and placed in my day pack to carry around with me when out and about. One may not be enough and I may add additional mission cases to my routine.

Hands down, without doubt, the absolute BEST Medicine holder EVER!! We just went through four plastic ones that we could not open due to arthritis. These pill cases are top quality, sturdy, easy to open and keeps your pills organized. We actually look forward to filling them each Sunday! This thing is built like a tank! I was a little hesitant about the price but was sick of cheap, plastic vitamin sorters that popped open every time my cat knocked them off the counter. This thing never opens unless I want it to! And it’s so solid I don’t think my cat can bat it off even if she tried. Worth every penny.

This thing is amazing! It’s really heavy duty, and top quality. The price is high, but between the customer service and the quality of what you’re getting, it makes sense. Practically, it’s much easier to use and nicer than a typical drug store medicine container.

I love the pill boxes ! They are high quality and really help me with my daily medication. Best pill cases I've ever owned! I was really tired of the cheap, plastic drug store pill cases, especially having to tape them closed while traveling so they don't accidentally open and spill the contents out. I love my Ikigai weekly am/pm magnetic pill cases. Most people seem to like the colorful cases, but I wanted one that would not stand out if I left it on my vanity. The pill areas are large enough for meds as well as a few large vitamins. Customer service was outstanding.

I was dissatisfied with my plastic vitamin case, but couldn’t find anything better. Then I saw ikigai cases but didn’t buy one because of the price, but I kept going back to their site. I couldn’t imagine loving a pill container so much! After my cheap plastic pill case disintegrated on a recent trip (loosing the pills through my luggage), I needed something better. I got this pill case because some of my medication needs to be taken with food later in the day. I had just been putting the day supply from my weekly organizer in my pocket. But, this is a jewel. Honestly not sure why this case is so expensive, but they got me on the designs. I actually waited for disco splatter to come back in stock to purchase. It’s really cute in person. Metallic finish, which I wasn’t expecting. The case feels high quality and sturdy. The day customization was worth it, but I was shocked it was an add-on.

These things are like military 🪖 grade! Tonight I actually dropped the big one. Everything stayed in place. Sliding door was already open for the 1st cell, but it stayed locked. I was, and remain very impressed! Very high quality product. If I think of anymore excuses to purchase (hopefully not more pills), I will without hesitation! Thanks a bunch!

The best pill case i've ever owned. Feels and looks premium, and the slide mechanism is incredibly satisfying to open and close. Unlike cheaper pill cases with flimsy plastic openings that eventually snap off, this thing feels like it will last decades. Lots of space as well, I'm able to store 2 large fish oil softgels, a multivitamin, as well as multiple other supplements without even hitting 50% of the capacity.

I’m only going to say this once! Get a Ultem lid with your Ikigai case! Especially if you own the Weekly Vitamin XL. Cuts down the weight significantly and I personally find the ultem to be smoother. For the smaller Mission cases I do prefer the metal lid, but for the larger XL the Ultem lid just makes a great product even better in my opinion.

Who knew a pill case could make taking pills fun? I love these cases! I use the blue one for my daily pills (the days are marked inside if you choose that), the orange one is for any extra pills/vitamins I need while traveling. And the small silver case is perfect for carrying anything I need with me in my purse. These are so much better than the cheap plastic drugstore cases I’ve been using. And you can use your HSA to purchase them, which sealed the deal for me.
