I have purchased two weekly cases now, one just over a year ago and one this month. Ikigai customer service has been efficient and responsive each time. My first case felt a bit loose and I was easily able to exchange it for a tighter fitting one, which the team literally hand picked for me. When I purchased my second case I asked them to hand pick one again, because I travel frequently and don’t want my pills to spill in my overnight bag or purse when I’m on the go.
